‘Don Seenu’ to hit screens in August!.

Crazy Star Ravi Teja's ‘Don Seenu’ is presently progressing at Hyderabad and will continue the schedule till July 10th. With Ravi Teja and Shriya Saran as lead pair, Gopichand Mallineni is wielding this megaphone. After ‘Kick’, this is the second film for Ravi Teja under RR Movie Makers banner. Although Shriya is making a special appearance, she is playing a full fledged role in ‘Don Seenu’ after a very long gap. With Kona Venkat’s interesting story, Mani Sharma’s fabulous music and Sameer Reddy’s graceful cinematography, producer Venkat is making arrangements to release the film during 1st week of August.

Surya to repeat the Magic!..

Surya is now coming with yet another powerful film titled ‘Yamudu’. This film was a huge success in Tamil with the title ‘Singham’. T Gyanavel Raja, who produced the film under Studio Green banner says, “While Rajinikanth’s ‘Shivaji’ collected Rs 100 crores, I’m very happy to announce that Surya’s ‘Singham’ collected about Rs 85 crores and created ripples at the Tamil Nadubox office. Hence I am expecting it to become a very big hit in Telugu as well. Devisri Prasad’s music is the special attraction. Director Hari, who directed ‘Saami’, the original version of Balayya Babu’s ‘Lakshmi Narasimha’ is the director of ‘Yamudu’. I wish ‘Yamudu’ will be as big hit as Surya’s ‘Ghajini’ in Andhra Pradesh.”

With Anushka as his lady love, Surya is playing a sincere police officer, while Prakash Raj will be seen in a negative role.

Though Ghajini’ was dubbed into Telugu, we all know how big hit was that film. It gave huge popularity for Surya, Asin and the director Murugadoss too. Now can ‘Yamudu’ repeat the magic?

RP Patnaik's Broker Movie Launched!.

Music director RP Patnaik is back in action with his latest film ‘Broker’. RP Patnaik is playing the hero and as well directing this film as well. For brevity, RP Patnaik is again hitting the Tollywood cinema after a gap of six and a half years - RP Patnaik’s last film was ‘Seenu Vasanthi Lakshmi’ where he played a blind man.

And now director RP Patnaik is back again with new film ‘Broker’, where RP Patnaik himself is playing the title role – ‘Broker’. RP Patnaik is directing and acting himself. ‘Broker’ is a film that shows on how corruption is being done by brokers in our country. RP Patnaik further felt that he himself is the right person to play Broker character as it gives immense scope for performance. Maddineni Ramesh is the producer of this film and Mayuri (formerly Asha Saini) is the heroine.

Tapsee grabbed Junior NTR in to her!.

Manchu Lakshmi is all set to produce a movie with Young tiger Junior NTR. The talented lady, well known as a daughter of Mohan babu and his first wife is a producer and an actress. She is getting into full scale production with her own money with the upcoming movie release “Jhumanddi nadham”. The movie features Manchu Manoj and Tapsee in the lead.

There is news that Manchu Lakshmi is looking forward to produce a series of telugu movies in near future. The first will be a project with Junior NTR and then with actor Siddharth. There is news that the pretty lady who is in her mid 30’s wants to start an acting school & direction school in September this year and she is making all arrangements for it.

It has been reported that if in case Junior NTR, accepts her offer, she will place Tapsee opposite to him in the project. Tapsee is acting in Jhummandi Nadham and will also get the biggie in addition. May be actresses like Tamannah, Samantha and tapsee are signing contract basis acting projects these days in order to survive in the film industry.

Bava's Maradalu Praneetha ready for hot Photo Shoot!.

Siddharth’s “Bava” is taking its shape in Hyderabad, after a busy schedule of Andhra districts. The movie features actor Siddharth in the lead and Nata Kireethi Rajendra Prasad in the role of his father. ‘Bava’ will introduce a new heroine to the Telugu cinema industry named Praneetha. The actress is well known in Kannada film industry and will be stepping into Tollywood with “Bava”.

As expected, the movie deals with the love story, which takes place in between Bava and mardhallu. A villain enters the life of the two love birds and then the movie will take some twists and turns. Director Rambabu is directing this film and ML Padma Kumar is producing this movie. The music of “Bava” has been composed by Chakri.

Now, coming to the main news, actress Praneetha did a photo shoot, for the promotions of the film “Bava”. There is news that the actress was looking irresistible when she was in wet clothes and the photo shoot exposed her petite assets on top and hot thighs to the maximum.

Suhasini irks media at 'Villain' press meet

Suhasini’s extra cautious attitude during the press meet of her hubby Manirathnam’s latestfilm, Villain (Telugu version of ‘Raavan’) and she controlling the questions angered the journalists. The press meet was held today (Monday, June 14, 2010) at a five star hotel, which was attended, by Aishwarya Rai, Vikram, Manirathnam and Suhasini. But Suhasini tried to control media men not to pose embarrassing questions. When a journalist asked why is that there is not a single Telugu star in the film while he brought in from Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi, when the movie is supposedly made in three languages, Suhasini made an helluva of flurry.

Villian -Raavan - 1280 prints in 3 languages

Mani Ratnam and the Raavan team of Vikram, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Santosh Sivan and a few others have left for London from Mumbai, today (June 15) afternoon.

They will be attending the world premiere of Raavan in London on Wednesday (June 16) night at BFI, Southbank. It will be a red carpet affair, and those who would be attending the function would be Bollywood superstar ShahRukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.

Rajendra Prasad and Suhasini Starring new movie on sets

Dinesh Babu is planning to bring Rajendra Prasad and Suhasini Maniratnam together to play as a lead pair in his new film that is yet to be titled. According to the director Dr Rajendra Prasad will essay the role of an income-tax officer, while Suhasini, a bank manager. This is a family entertainer to be produced by Jonnada Ramamurthy under Usha Charan Creations banner. ES Murthy will compose the music. The film is likely to kick off soon. The remaining important cast includes Naresh, Kaveri Jha, Raghu Babu, Harshavardhan, Shilpa, Jhansi, Rajitha, etc.
